FAQ
Why is therapy important?
Everyone goes through ups and downs in life, and while you may have successfully navigated through other difficulties you’ve faced, therapy can help you in providing the extra support that you require. Therapy is not for the weak, it’s for people who have enough confidence to accept and realize they need a helping hand, and that is something to be admired.
What should I expect during my first session?
The first session is about building trust. Therapy works best when you can trust your therapist and vice versa. In the first session, we try to understand your problems better, take your detailed case history and define a goal-based journey on what to expect from therapy and by when.
What is the difference between a therapist and a psychiatrist?
A Therapists’ goal is to help patients realise their problems and help them make decisions and clarify their feelings to solve problems without any medication. A Psychiatrist, on the other hand, helps diagnose mental health issues and prescribes medicines if needed. However, Therapists and Psychiatrists go hand in hand to provide comprehensive care as needed by any patient.
What does a therapy pack offer?
We aim to help as many people as we can by making professional counselling affordable. And with our packages, we bring counselling to you at a very nominal price, without having to bother about booking sessions one at a time. Your therapist will recommend the number of sessions that you might need to address your challenges. We recommend you buy a pack only after a discussion with the therapist.
Who all will have access to my medical data?
Only your assigned therapist and/or assigned psychiatrist will have access to your medical data.

Behavioural and emotional intervention with the help of medication can prove to be quite effective to treat anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues.
I am not satisfied with the therapist I am seeing.
In case you are not satisfied, you can always book your next session with a different therapist. All your data from existing sessions with be shared with your new therapist with your consent. However, we do recommend you stick to your therapist for a few sessions, as therapy is a gradual process, where both you and the counsellor work towards understanding the challenges.
I have bought a pack and am pretty satisfied with the results but have a few sessions left.
Therapy is a gradual process, where both you and the counsellor work towards understanding the challenges faced and finding unique solutions. If you are happy with the results, we suggest you continue with the sessions at the frequency recommended by your therapist/psychiatrist. Also, we recommend you buy a pack only after a discussion with your therapist.
My counselling session experience wasn't satisfactory, can I get a refund for the pack purchased?
A pack once purchased cannot be cancelled/refunded. We recommend you buy a pack only if it is recommended by your Therapist/Psychiatrist, who will understand your condition, and recommend the pack that suits your need.
How long does a therapy session last?
A Therapy session lasts for 50 mins, and a Psychiatry session lasts for 25 mins.
Can I cancel/reschedule the therapy session?
