Customer Redressal

We will revert to you within seven (7) business days of receiving the complaint. In case of queries regarding payments including cancellations and refunds, it will be in accordance with our Cancellation Policy (see below).

Cancellation Policy
Once the payment is made, we initiate refunds only where the allotted consultant was not available for the session and no prior intimation was made regarding the same.
