At PsychiCare, our primary focus is to provide complete satisfaction to our clients. We request you to please read the details of each service carefully before purchasing it to avoid any confusion or inconvenience later.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that sometimes clients may need to cancel their plans due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you can cancel your appointment or session with the therapist, but we request you to inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. If you fail to notify us within the specified time, we may not be able to reschedule your session, and no refund will be initiated.
Refund Policy:
At PsychiCare, we aim to provide top-notch services to our clients. However, in case you are not satisfied with our services, we have a refund policy in place.
Situations in which FULL REFUND may be considered:
1. If PsychiCare is not able to assign you a therapist within 3 working days of payment confirmation and client form submission, we will transfer the money back to your account. Please email us your account details at psychicare2021@gmail.com to initiate the refund process.
Situations in which NO REFUND will be given:
1. If you have paid for the session, and we have assigned the therapist to you within 3 days, and you decide not to take the therapy, no refund will be given.
2. If you wish to cancel your session for any reason before taking the session, no refund will be initiated.
3. If you have completed your package minutes and are not happy with our services, no refund will be given. However, you can re-opt for the packages and request a new therapist.
4. If you fail to take your sessions within the validity period, no refund will be given, and you will have to re-opt for the packages.
5. If you wish to cancel your package subscription in between, no partial or any refund will be given.
