By using this website and our services, you agree to the terms stated in this document, as updated from time to time.
Terms of Use
We at Psychicare.com (“PsychiCare”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”) care about you (“Customer”, “You”, “Your”, “User”) and your use of this website. These terms and conditions of use (“Terms”) govern your access and use of this website and all services provided hereunder, including by way of any different modes, as updated from time to time (“Services”).
By using or visiting the website, or by using any content or information provided as part of the website/services, you agree to have read, understood and accepted these Terms.
You must be 18 years of age or older to register or use these Services.
In case of representation for minors, you confirm you have the authority to represent the minor and access Services on their behalf.
Services for minors will only be provided in accordance with applicable laws.
If you violate these Terms or our Privacy Policy, we may deactivate your account/registration. In such cases, you agree not to register again without our explicit written permission.
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Acceptable Use
You must use our services for legal, authorized and acceptable purposes only.
You must not misuse the Services in ways that violate, misappropriate or infringe our rights, are unlawful, or instigate offenses of moral turpitude.
We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or withdraw access to the website or Services at our sole discretion.
By accepting these Terms, you agree that our consultants, therapists, doctors, or third-party providers are not personally responsible or liable for any consequence to you as a result of your availing Services.

We aim to respond within seven (7) business days.
Cancellation Policy
Once payment is made, cancellations by the client are not eligible for refunds.
Cancellation initiated by PsychiCare (for example, therapist unavailability without prior intimation) will be handled through rescheduling only.
Rescheduling Policy
We respect both client and therapist time. Please read carefully:
Minimum 3-Hour Notice Required
Clients must inform us at least 3 hours before the session to reschedule.Missed Sessions Without Prior Notice
Sessions missed without sufficient notice will be forfeited and counted as utilized.Therapist Availability
Rescheduling is subject to therapist availability. The same time/day cannot be guaranteed.Frequent Cancellations
More than two (2) cancellations may disrupt therapeutic continuity. PsychiCare reserves the right to review such cases.Technical Issues (Client’s Side)
If a session cannot proceed due to internet/device problems at the client’s end, it will be considered utilized.Therapist Cancellations
If a therapist cancels due to emergencies, we will inform you and reschedule at your convenience.International Clients
Clients outside India must confirm IST (Indian Standard Time). Missed sessions due to time zone confusion are considered client error and will be forfeited.Package Validity
All sessions must be used within the validity period of the package. Rescheduling does not extend validity unless explicitly approved.
Refund Policy (Strictly Non-Refundable)
At PsychiCare, we are committed to offering ethical, empathetic, and professional services. However, due to the nature of therapy and therapist time allocation, all payments are final and non-refundable.
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Therapist has been assigned but you choose not to proceed.
Voluntary cancellation of sessions or packages before use.
Dissatisfaction after attending one or more sessions.
Midway cancellation of a package.
Failure to join at the scheduled time.
Session lapse due to package validity expiry.
Technical issues at the client’s end (internet, device problems).
Non-achievement of expected outcomes (therapy is subjective and results vary).
Only Exception:
If PsychiCare is unable to assign you a therapist within 3 working days of confirmed payment and submission of client form, we will provide rescheduling or alternate arrangements. Refunds will not be issued.
Disclaimer on Therapy Outcomes
Therapy is a collaborative process. While our therapists are qualified and RCI-registered/licensed professionals, results vary from person to person. No guarantees are provided regarding therapy outcomes.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes must be first raised through our customer redressal mechanism (psychicare2021@gmail.com).
If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
